Do you do all your own printing?

Absolutely! We do all our own work in-house. We have two automatic presses that print up to 8 colors per side right on our premises. We have a special section devoted to digital apparel printing and we've just added 2 amazing embroidery machines. That makes Raleigh Tee’s a true one-stop solution.​

 

What's the policy if you mess up my order?

We stand behind our work 100% of the time. We'll work until you're fully satisfied.

Note: When artwork is approved, and an estimate/invoice has been confirmed it is our queue to start the job. Raleigh Tee’s can’t be held responsible for any mistakes or typographical errors on approved artwork.​

 

What brands of apparel do you use?

We have relationships with several apparel companies and purchase all types of styles and brands.  Our most popular brand is Gildan, but we also use:

I'm not sure what style shirt I want.  Can you help me?

Absolutely, we have several catalogs and websites to show you that will give you every option possible.  

 

Can you design my artwork?  Can I use my existing artwork?

Absolutely, we can handle either situation.  We have an on-staff graphic designer to help with creating the perfect design or logo for you or your company. We will spend time with you working out a visual of your concept and the designer will forward you a proof for your approval. If you already have artwork, we will need to know what formats you have available to work with.

 

What factors affect the cost when ordering screen printed t-shirts?

There are a few things that will affect the cost of your order:

• The total number of colors in your project on both front and back of your garment.

• Whether you plan on printing on just the front or both front and back of your shirt.

• The total number of shirts you are ordering (see the pricing page for price breaks).

 

Do you charge a any additional fees?

We do charge a $25 fee for the production of each screen.  Each ink color used in your printing job has its own screen.  This fee is charged strictly when you print your shirts for the first time.  When you reorder, our set up charge is $10 per screen.

 

Do you have a minimum for screen printing?

Yes, our minimum is 12 but we have other options for projects under 12.  So, we can work with you, no matter how small or large your order is.

 

What is your turnaround time?

After proofs are approved, our TAT is contingent on how many projects are currently in production however, it's usually around 7 working days. If you want your order sooner, we will charge a rush fee.  The fee will vary based on the volume of work currently in house.

 

How are your prices compared with other printers?

We're very competitive. We also encourage you not to make decisions based on a low price. Some printers charge a little more because they're worth it. You'll also notice that our prices are available on the website (unlike others who keep their price lists under cover so they can change them at will).

 

Do you sell college licensed products too/are you an officially licensed vendor?

Yes we are!  We are an officially licensed vendor for:

• North Carolina A&T State University

• North Carolina Central University

• North Carolina State University
